In partnership with Victoria University, Spowers is bringing to life human-centric immersive learning. This new Tech school is designed to spark curiosity among Brimbank secondary students and create clear pathways to future careers.

5-Star Green Star Certification
As leaders in environmentally sustainable design (ESD), together with our ESD consultants Erbas, we have tailored sustainable design methodologies and environmental management processes to achieve Green Star certification. The design team stepped through various ESD rating and benchmarking strategies to ensure alignment with both the Department of Education’s requirements in addition to VU’s broader sustainability objectives.
Co-Designing to Harness Stakeholder Energy
A human-centric perspective is at the heart of our co-design approach. For Brimbank, we led a collaborative process that harnessed the inputs and energies of a broad range of stakeholders and partners. This tailored process produced exceptional outcomes within a condensed timeframe, setting a strong foundation for the project to progress into the detailed design elements.
Designing with Country
Designed in partnership with the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation, the new school will reflect the 6 Layers of Country, connecting students to culture, Country and community.
