Looking for a dedicated space to create?

Spowers is an Architectural, Interior Design & Masterplanning Studio, located in Naarm/Melbourne on the corner of Collins St & William St in the Western House building. Spowers formed in 1901 and continues to be one of the driving forces of sustainable design, construction, and development in the country.

We have a dedicated area for new residents, as well as communal areas to share. The space is suitable for individuals or small groups looking to support a short burst project or on a longer-term basis. We can offer industry specific architecture and interior design perks to those practising within the community – though we are open to a broad range of residents, so please introduce yourself.

Your space will include:

• Dedicated desk with lockable drawers
• Complimentary coffee, tea, & fruit
• Materials library & resource books
• Plenty of natural light
• Central city location (5 mins walk between Flinders, Southern Cross or Flagstaff stations)

Extra optional add-ons:

• General printing
• Large format printing
• Private break-out room (with whiteboards & display screen) that can seat up to 12 guests

Our Team

As our team have embraced the new standards of flexible and hybrid modes of work – we now have this dedicated space available for individuals and/or small collectives in the studio. Our existing dynamic will align with other workers wanting to respectfully and resourcefully share a dedicated workspace.
