Martha’s Cove Marina Development, Safety Beach

The Masterplan for a 20-year major redevelopment of a rural site into safe harbour and marina facilities incorporates berths for 280 vessels, 220 waterfront villas, 107 island residential lots, 200 waterfront allotments and 180 subdivision allotments, as well as 250 retirement villas.

Hotel, restaurant, ships chandlery and boat facilities complete this, the largest waterfront development in Victoria. Environmental issues, particularly in relation to water treatment, underpin the design response. Strategic development of varying plot sizes, configuration and urban models to reflect sales patterns.
