The Attwood Redevelopment and consolidation project for DEDJTR provided alternative use of space and enabling the staff from multiple metropolitan sites to relocate to the one location.
The agreed design modernises and expands the existing centre, including 4,600m2 of refurbished work spaces and 4,500m2 of new office and laboratory accommodation.
The centre includes updated conference and training facilities, a new biosecurity Incident Control Centre (ICC), upgraded (ICT) infrastructure, a new ring road, car parking and associated site services.
