Spowers were engaged to develop a new café and dining facility at their Broadmeadows Campus. The onsite facility, including a commercial kitchen, needed to accommodate their growing staff numbers and be capable of delivering 2 hot / cold meals a day.

The new dining facility was unable to fit within the new existing foot print and therefore an extension to the building was required. This new space was designed column free which provides maximum flexibility for dining and function activities. New facades were designed with solar control glazing, engaged with the external view and providing access to a new outdoor lunch space.
