A retrofit of an existing three storey building, integrating construction of a new four storey concrete structure.
The refurbishment maximises natural light and ventilation, through operable windows, light wells, a central atrium, thermal chimneys and computer-controlled louvres. These features also result in occupants feeling like they are both more productive and healthier.
