Spowers were engaged as the Principal Design Consultant for the new 10,000 sqm consolidation project in Sunshine. The project involves consolidating four existing campuses onto one site, to house 1100 students (years 7-12) and 150 staff.
The project would be undertaken in stages and includes demolition of the existing buildings and a decantment strategy.
