Spowers were recently appointed to design and document the $3 million redevelopment project for Marysville Community Golf & Bowls Club (MCGBC).
The MCGBC was the only community facility that reamined after the 2009 bushfires and was a gathering point for the community in the days and months during the long process of recovery.
The Spowers Design Team will respond to the brief and provide a unique destination which complements the natural beauty of the site and character of the town. The site will also provide opportunity to maximise sustainable design solutions as well as the integration of local artworks and materials.
Due for completion January 2013.
