In conjunction with Racing Victoria, Spowers provided a 20 year development plan to revitalise horse racing in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The existing and splendid dual grass track racecourse was enhanced and extended to accommodate increasing race meetings, together with a new grandstand, training facilities and infrastructure which reflect traditional Bahraini architecture in a contemporary setting.
