This project involved the fit-out of a tenancy to relocate staff from an existing office building and to consolidate the staff location of the Insurance Company. The fit-out incorporates an informal reception, executive offices and meeting spaces, open workspaces, associated storage and amenities areas.
Spowers has created a open and light workspace which supports the clients philosophy of an equitably workspace for all staff members, the ability move departments within the clients tenancies and enhances the work environment of the end user.
