567 Collins Street is a joint venture with Cox Architects. The project creates an elegant, secure and functional new address on Melbourne’s premier commercial boulevard.

A four level street veranda extends the full length of the Collins Street frontage creating a unique work place environment. The building has been designed to achieve a 4.5 star ABGR rating and a 5 Star Green Star rating and offers a ‘premium grade’ rating as defined under the current PCA guidelines.

The building offers large floor plates in the order of 2,000m² NLA totalling 50,000m² NLA. The building offers secure car parking with dedicated lifts and a ground floor amenity that allows pedestrian access through to Flinders Lane.
