Project Zero’s target was to develop design parameters for a flagship sustainable office building for Investa. Project Zero encompasses 6-Star Green Star and 5-Star ABGR as leading industry standards, but also goes one step further towards zero-emissions to produce an Australian-leading office landscape.
The designs display a slender ratio of building volumes while creating efficient, flexible and highly connective floor plates. The indoor office environment boasts optimum comfort levels through best possible thermal and air flow control, excellent day-lighting and connectivity to the outside and inside of the building. Flexible zones are designed which allow the tenants to create a wide range of office environments. The result is an iconic project for 21st century sustainable commercial development.
