- Relocation to Tynong
  
  Pakenham Racing Club are relocating their thoroughbred training and racing to a major new facility at Tynong. The 245 hectare Master Plan will provide Victoria with its first major new course in over 30 years.
  
  Spowers have been engaged to design Stage One of the public and industry related facilities including the Function Centre, Administration Building and Raceday Building.
