Spowers are currently commissioned to coordinate new building services, upgrade of existing Council Chambers and office extension to accommodate 235 personnel.
The open plan design represents a modern working environment with centralised hub spaces and multi-purpose meeting spaces which encourage staff integration and communication forums.
Stages 1, 2 comprised of offices, Council Chambers, meeting facilities and a front of house area, accessed by the community.
Stage 3 comprised a car park conversion into offices, meeting facilities, kitchen facilities and amenities.
