This project was the major redevelopment of a rural site into a safe harbour and marina facilities. It incorporated berths for 280 vessels, 220 waterfront villas, 107 island residential lots, 200 waterfront allotments and 180 subdivision allotments, as well as 250 retirement villas.
A hotel, restaurant, ships chandlery and boat facilities complete this Master Plan, making it the largest waterfront development in Victoria.
Environmental issues, particularly in relation to water treatment, underpin the design response.
