This project involved maximising yields on a triangular site immediately west of Hawthorn Station. Previous schemes yielded forty six apartments of average size 50m2. Our scheme produced fifty four apartments of average size 64m2.
The building is divided into five ‘villas’ or modules which provide the 68 apartments
with an abundance of natural light, space and views, leading to an exciting inner urban lifestyle. -
