Master Plan proposal for Queensland Racing for the relocation of the existing Gold Coast Turf Club to new premises in Bundall.
More than a racecourse, this ‘urban centre’ incorporates residential, retail and commercial facilities as well as racing infrastructure.
Designed to enhance the Gold Coast’s reputation as an international racing and bloodstock sales centre, the Master Plan was designed to accommodate up to 50,000 spectators on Magic Millions Raceday.
