Eden on the Park, overlooking picturesque Albert Park Lake and Melbourne’s Grand Prix Circuit, is renowned for its customer service - an ethos which provided the impetus for the refurbishment project.
The project included 66 additional rooms, a speciality function centre, two extra levels of basement car parking, an indoor swimming pool, a patisserie, commercial in-house laundry and a new glazed atrium linking the hotel to the refurbished Nertherby Mansion.
Construction phases minimised disturbance and inconvenience, allowing the hotel to operate throughout the entire project.
Testament to the success of these measures is the consistently high occupancy rate the hotel continues to enjoy.
