MB Holding co-commissioned Pentago Spowers International to provide a Concept Design for a proposed 4 star hotel & spa resort facility in the Duqm Al Wusta Region.
The development will consist of a 4 star hotel of 250 rooms, 83 self-contained chalets and a spa complex catering to hotel and chalet guests and public day use, as well as car parking for 400 cars staff accommodation / facilities for 360 staff.
Future stages of the development will provide for additional chalets and a potential Marina to the south-east of the site.
This project is currently in Tender stage.
