      The project brief required the existing building to be fitted out as process development laboratories for the production of materials related to Biotechnology.
      The level of containment required was to Biosafety Level 2 under American NIH Guidelines.

      Comprising extensive laboratory space, the fitout was designed to maximise external views,  contributing to employee enrichment.
