This new learning hub was retro-fitted into an existing building and designed and constructed as a prototype for future similar initiatives within the campus.
The hub features environmental design principles that are being used as educational tools for the students within the Trade School.
A fully collaborative approach was taken amongst all the consultants, the major suppliers and the Institute. ESD Initiatives such as solar and wind energy and appropriating monitoring are used as part of the curriculum within the working classroom.

- Collection of rainwater for toilet flushing.
