Spowers completed the architecture and interiors for this 19 storey landmark apartment building on St Kilda Road. It included base building interiors and bespoke fitouts for penthouses.
The project was designed for the premium residential market comprising a diverse collection of one, two and three bed apartments and penthouses which respond to various niche markets.The apartments sport an outdoor entertainment courtyard with water features that travel through the building to finish at the steps of the apartments.
Other features include extensive car parking and indoor swimming pool and gym.
